Girls Varsity Softball, Varsity Spirit Cheer · A different type of workout

The cheer leading and softball teams at PSH participated in a different type of work out this past Thursday.  A new yoga club has been started at the high school and student athletes are benefiting from the stretching and balance training yoga can assist with.  One of our new students, Chloe Holsinger (a potential soccer prospect in the spring), started the club under the school’s new wellness initiative. She wants to become a certified yoga instructor and hold classes in her free time.
